Jim, when researching Ally bank, they show Toyota leases as 15k a year with the high residual percentages (I.e. 21 taco Sr 4x4 dbl cab 86% for 36 months). Any reasons why your Ally leases are mostly 36/10? maybe I’m missing something? Thanks
Mostly all brokers/dealers advertise payments based on 10k miles a year. You can structure your lease however you want. 15k miles will change the residual 3%.

36/12 is right around 300/mo tax tags fees included. No msds needed on this. If doing msds it’s about $10/mo less and residual is $1500 better.
