As far as I am aware yes
But please double check
Some brands such as Mazda don’t allow transfers at all because of the bank they use (chase)
TFS allows full transfers. Mazda (Chase) doesn’t allow transfers at all.

Thanks. Upon reading in other forum, looks like the transfer process is painfully slow and can easily take 2-3 months. This is a dealbreaker for me.
