What do you guys think of the Ghibli SQ4 lease for $499/mo
MSRP: $80K
I’m going to a NJ dealer tomorrow with this ad as a starting point.
It’s $654/month for 7500 miles/year when you figure in the cap reduction.
I just got back from the dealer in NJ. I was quoted:

$2,207.36 - Upfront taxes

So, $615/mo with taxes and $8,174 to close ($5,600 to cap cost) - This was their absolute rock bottom. Seems thats’s a sale price of $68,700.
Who puts 10k out of pocket on a lease??

That is an $845 monthly payment if you put $0 down. I suggest pushing them on the residual. It has been 57% pretty commonly here where I live. You also can get 13% off of the listed MSRP commonly here as well. Good luck.
You can’t “push” them on residual. It’s set by the bank, and the dealership cannot change it. Just because it was 57% for the last 3 months doesn’t mean it won’t change out of the blue the next month.
You also replied to a comment from a year ago. You can’t expect numbers from that far back to be relevant today, and that guy is probably already several months in on a new lease, which would make this irrelevant.

Residual for 36/10 in July is 56%. Just got the update on Edmonds and have confirmed with 2 dealers.
