Can you stack college grad ontop of any of your deals? So your deal above for $235 - could you stack $20 off college grad rebate? Worth doing TFS with MSDS and College Grad on base SR model?
Yes you can if we go through Toyota financial. Makes most sense on premium Tacoma’s, rav4 camrys etc
Can we add tonneau to any deal and get it residualized/capitalized as part of lease?
No you can’t do that on any lease. If it’s not on the window sticker it isn’t part of the residual. I have a good amount of Tacoma’s with stock tonneau covers though

Any point in doing TFS MSDS on a taco w no premium if you stack a college grad or military rebate on it? Will it get at all close to US Bank?

Depends on MSRP, of course.
Generally speaking, if you know the MSRP and 10k payment, you can get an idea by simple math. Most banks decrease RV by 1% for 12k vs 10k and another 2% for 15k vs 12k. So if you wanted the difference, just take 1% and divide by the number of payments. Of course, there is rent charge and taxes, but that is fairly low. So, on a $40k vehicle, for example, $400 is 1%, divide by 24 is $16.67, plus tax is $17.77, and I’d round up to $20 to be safe and compensate for rent charge. This will get you in the ballpark at least.
