I feel like I know the answer but wanted to double check, is there any way to get Manheim auction data besides being a dealer? I looked into what it would take to be a dealer in MA and WOOF, not worth it if you’re just looking to flip a few cars on the side.

Have you looked into co-op dealership programs?
Most states have some variation. It’s a much more affordable way to obtain a dealers license as you can share the costs across a group of owners.
