@GAli – Thank you for the suggestion. We do agree that it would be nice if all sellers on Leasehackr Forum could conform to the same marketing standard, but given the nature and culture of the forum, we opted for a more hands-off approach when it comes to regulating Marketplace. We wanted to keep community building and education as the focus of the forum. Marketplace is an offshoot that developed organically over the years; we left it as laissez-faire as possible, so long as the listing is not deceptive or misleading.
We developed PND recently with the intent to address precisely the issues you have raised. The program is administered by the LH Team and we mandate a calculator link for each listing. That said, I can personally speak to the time-consuming nature of administering such a program. We are selective with the models we feature as a result to make sure they have a broad appeal.
