Attention all CALIFORNIA lessees (recent & future) of hybrid and electric vehicles interested in the State CARB rebate: The California Air Resources Board has changed the rebate program and dropped numerous vehicles from the list AND the last day to submit an application under the old eligibility is TODAY! So, if you bought your hybrid recently and haven’t filed, do it NOW. (You just need your registration, DL, Lease Contract ready to upload. )
Some of the no longer eligible for $ include: Audi A3 e-tron, BMW 530e, Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid PHEV, Volvo T8s, Tesla S + X.

For cars that no longer qualify, you need to apply no later than today, December 2nd.
Am I understanding correctly that all applicants now will be required to submit proof of income eligibility, whereas previously it was a random sample of applicants?
Or does the blurb mean that IF one is selected for income eligibility verification then everyone in the home must provide verification?
The last year or so it required everyone to fill in the income verification form.

CVRP Grace Period
Applicants who purchased or leased an eligible vehicle between September 3, 2019, through December 2, 2019, may be eligible to receive rebate amounts under previous Terms and Conditions and program requirements. Applicants can only submit applications for these vehicles through March 2, 2020, in order to qualify for the CVRP Grace Period. If you purchased or leased one of these vehicles outside of the aforementioned CVRP Grace Period, your application will be cancelled. The list of vehicles with limited eligibility can be found here.*
