M4 Lease Factors for April

Edmunds has no lease factors for M4 for April the first month of MY24 production.

Can anybody help?

As a Super Supporter you have access to the lookup tool in the LH calculator. Did you try that?

I believe… 36/10 would be 0.003 buy rate and a 55% RV. MY23 M4 Competition Coupe.

That is my good deed for the week. :spoon:

I did access the lookup tool in the LH Calculator.

It does give me MF, Residual, Incentives for 2024 M4 CompxDrive Coupe for April (which is what I want) where Edmunds tells me they don’t have any numbers for that car for April.

From my perspective, the issue is my CA and New Car Sales Manager tell me they don’t have any lease numbers for the car for April.

It would help my credibility if I could show them where LH gets these numbers from.

I believe they are aware of Edmunds providing this data but not LH.

BMWFS has the numbers, they need to pick up the phone.

You are never going to convince a dealer that you have authoritative information that you’ve obtained from a third (fourth? fifth?) party.

Why do you need these numbers now? Is your car already in the US?

Let me tell you where I’m at. Want to cover all the bases. Use lease factors for M3 vs M4 to help me decide which car to lease. MSRP is within 2K of each other. Biggest issue is lead times: M3 > 1 year, M4 about 6-8 months.

Intend to use for track (6-10 track days/year), rest for street. M4 likely slightly better on track. M3, obviously has a more usable back seat.

Have a 2017 5 series for the family sedan. 2021 M8 Comp GC lease is up in Dec. Bought it for street and track. Did 10 track days each year for these 2 years. First time I’ve tracked a car. Caught the bug. Want a more capable track car while continue to drive on street. Only the 2 of us at home.

Why not buy it, these are gonna lease very poorly

Disagree.

2 1/2 years ago, Oct 2020, when I signed the contract for the M8, Residual at 7500 miles/year was 54%. Now w/ Apr 2023 numbers, Residual for both M3/M4 is 56%.

Sure the interest rate is higher now but that’s true for both lease and loan. W/ Apr MF, lease interest rate is below 4% vs loan interest rate is 4.99%.

Only cash avoids higher interest rate.
