That is for the 2025 Model. Call Lucid and ask for the 2024 Pure Model which still has the deal (supply is going down quick), so this is getting to last chance (its not listed on the site anymore).
99% of Lucids inventory is not listed on their site.
Make sure you tell them that you want the 2024 Pure Model with $7,500 + $7,500, $5,000 credit to pick up onsite and the Referral Bonus of $750. Use code GJO10XLT to receive the bonus.
Make sure to inform them that you want to use the bonus because they will ‘forget’.

I called. There are none left eligible for the $5k onsite credit. There are a few 24s left at factory but they don’t qualify.

What is the 13% off msrp you received. Was that just the incentives or was the car discounted?
Its only when they are on the “dealer” lot that they qualify. Just for others on the forum, that doesnt mean your local Lucid lot doesnt has 2024 Lucids on their lot.
Lucid is still delivering 2024 inventory. The Pure’s sell very quick once they are on the lot. I got mine in July, the first time I called King of Prussia location only had 2 or 3 Pures. I called the second time a week later, they had two identical Pures and my choices were gray or silver, for which I went gray.
I really appreciate everyone’s help on this. I almost bought a 23 back in May, so I had done my homework. I was able to grab up a 24 last month.

It looks like its Touring and Grand Touring 2024 models still exist in the inventory and they have the additional $5,000 site credit if you pick from existing inventory. Thats much better than what they are offering for 2025 Models.
If youre looking to lease a 2025 Pure it might make sense to see what the cost difference is to a 2024 Touring since the deals are still in place but not promoted front page of the Lucid site.

So I found one of the few remaining 24s online, but it’s in a different state and they’ve informed me that I can’t lease the car out of state. Does anyone have any work around for how I could still lease the vehicle?

Of course you can lease a car from out of state unless your state has weird laws. I leased my Lucid from out of state. I believe all Lucids come with temporary tags from Arizona.
