Any recommendations for a reliable/honest Chevy dealer in Maryland, DC or Virginia that I can reach out to for leasing a 2017 Chevy Traverse 1LT?

I’ve bought 5 Chevy’s and in the process talked with at least 7 dealers in the DMV and I can conclusively say that Criswell Chevy is the best. They know how to properly negotiate leases and are very transparent about how they get to the final payment. Super friendly and in my experience give much better pricing than any other Chevy dealers. The only downside is they don’t have the Acquisition Fee waiver for raising MF which might end up costing you a couple of $ in savings. Ask for Russell
My number 2 is Ourisman Rockmont - 4 of my cars were purchased from here. Their old sales manager was a dick, but I believe he’s gone. They can get down to similar pricing as Criswell, but usually not as low. I went with them because they had the model/trim I was looking for, which lowered my monthly payment. They also allow waiving the acquisition fee for higher MF (as of Nov 16) which may mean a lower overall price. Ask for Andy.
I was able to get the ~$125/mth Equinoxes from both of them (after everything including taxes and rebates) so they’re both willing to deal.
Avoid VA dealers like the plague. Mean and not willing to deal.
