Looking for a lease 2-3 years for <$3000 total in Southern California. Does anyone know what options I have for this?

I am pretty much open to different car types. Not really set on anything specific. Likely a gas car because I live in an apartment with no electric charging option unless people think that’s manageable somehow anyway! I could qualify for low income, for Uber discount (if available), and I’ll do whatever I can to qualify for other options!

I was referred to some amazing deals that are unfortunately expired but hoping to find a similar deal now!

I am willing to do a one-pay option if it helps the price come down a bunch too. Thank you in advance to any Hackers (or brokers/dealers!) who can point me to good options.

depends…if you have a current lease in the household

Chevy equinox, trax
Nissan sentra

I came up with these 3

There might be some better model or brand

I have a Mercedes lease expiring at the end of this month!

Thanks for the quick reply. Sorry to ask but what would be the best way to going about that? When I contact a dealer saying what my goal is they basically say it’s not even possible (even though I’ve seen many Hackrs pull it off!)

it’s possibly. just have to work with the right sales person or have the right rebates. for instance, the closest thing i have right now is a light blue LS cruze on bonus tag for 135/month incl tax with $0 out of pocket for 24 months. total 3240. just varies.

The GMC dealer in Buena Park is advertising $149 GMC Terrain leases , also $269 GMC Acadia. Also $149 Buick Verano, and $119 Buick Encore all with $0 drive off (sign and drive) for this week.

Type “cheapest lease” at search in this forum, many result came up in one second

Unfortunately much of what I saw was expired or not possible. 2 I tried contacting dealers who just said no very quickly!

if you want to replicate or duplicate deal, you have to wait until someone interested in lowest lease deal and share after he or she closed deal.

You need to try your own with these awesome hackr forum guide.

Hyundai Elantra with Uber and Boostup rebates. Search for the $88 thread.

Numbers might have changed since March but that or a Chevy are probably your best bets.

Found that thread but that deal is gone or I would have done it! I will look into potential Hydunai Elantra deals though.

If you qualify for low-income, it’s hard to beat the free $3500-$4500 from CVRP, plus $495 from SCE. If you’re worried about charging, the Volt might be a decent choice for you.

The Honcker app shows there’s a Chevy Trax LS (MSRP $21,895) in our area for $71/mo with $1,099 due at signing (24 mo/20k miles). For a true $0 down, it quotes $113/mo over 24 months which is ~$2,700 over 2 years.

I went on the app but don’t feel comfortable giving them all of that information. Seems a bit strange to me.

4400, 36 month/ 10k miles. Hyundai Elantra SE

Interesting deal. Would you know what dealership?

I felt the same way but ended up just doing it last night.

It didn’t ask for my social - just name, address, phone # (I used a google voice number). I think it just tries to tie your name and address to public records.
