Looking for a great lease deal in Houston TX

Talk to Lewis or Bill at Brazelton Auto. I work for a Cadillac dealership and they deal in primarily high line cars/ trucks. I know I sell/ Lease them Cadillacs at $500 under invoice but I’m sure they get better than that at other highline as Cadillac no longer has Holdback

Got a tax credit on an Acura MDX in December in the Houston area. It wasn’t a great deal but the credit helped.

Just got back from Virginia . Got a New GTi and drove it back to Houston.
Now i am looking for a cheap commuter lease $200 sign n drive deal.
any Houston deals? I would hate to take my business out of Houston again.

Any new brokers in Houston? Still looking thanks

Even I am looking for a broker in TX to help out with 3 series or C class

Hey,

Just wanted to share this deal with you after all the discussion I originated… I finally leased in Houston a 2017 BMW 320i Xdrive. I am still a rookie on this and not very savy on blogs but here’s the deal I found.

Selling Price 43195.00
Discount 12773.58
Adjusted Price 30421.42
Total Purchase 30421.42
Doc Fee 157.25
Tax 1901.34
Fees 1130.01
Net Price 33,610.01
Cash Down 750 1750 2500
36 months 304 273 250
10k per year

Don’t ask me exactly how the math worked out, initially they offered me the one pay at $9991,97 for 36 months, 10K miles, but I ended up going for one pay lease for Total $6206 for 24 months 10K miles/yr. I think it was a good deal and just wanted to share with you.

Apparently the key to finding a deal in TX is to find dealers who have tax credits…that makes or breaks the deal.

Yeah Ive been looking for cars near me in Texas and the thing is they only offer the tax credits on one pays. Thats been my experience this month atleast.

I’ve seen tax credits on leases for Toyota on certain models and times of the year. Most of the time the tax credit question gets ignored when asking about it with other manufacturers.

@st5te @Thunder I am more than happy to dig around, but I’m a little lost regarding the process. You say that Infiniti is giving a tax credit, did you just find that through a post or are these posted by the businesses themselves? And once I have that information, do I just tell them that I found a post on Leasehackr saying that there is a credit? Just confused as to how to approach the business.

As part of the email out to dealerships. I will ask them to see if they have tax credits. They don’t really have a set schedule for tax credit or even which model will have it at certain time.
