Looking for a broker

I am in Florida and looking for recommendations for a broker that could help me lease a Maserati, BMW, Mercedes, or Jaguar.

Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Let me know if you find anyone, I’ve been looking but haven’t come up with anyone that deals with FL.

Not sure if any work Florida on here or not. Can try looking through posts on here for brokers and a lot of them will have the regions they work in their profiles if one doesn’t respond here.

I’m in Orlando and @Benedetto just got me a pretty slick Infiniti Q50 deal down in Broward. (Trophy Garage post coming soon) He also pinged a few of his FL Jag and Volvo contacts on my behalf. I’m sure he has others.

I HIGHLY recommend him if you need a broker!

What kind of deal did he end up getting you? Which trim level Q50?

There’s lots of awesome people here, but if I were to go with anyone it would be Jalopnik’s Tom Mcparland of Automatch consulting. As far as I know he works nationwide on all makes and models and he really knows his stuff.

I got the 2018 Q50 Luxe 3.0T with Essential and Pro Assist Packages (MSRP $45k) 39/12k…true $0 sign and drive…$389/mo, includes tax. Disclaimer: that was with VPP pricing. Without VPP it probably would have been about $40 more per month.

What is the basis for you suggesting Tom other than he blogs on Jalopnik? I can speak from first hand experience, he is nothing special and will not score you a killer deal. Nice guy and all but not worth $500

I’ve had a consultation with him and would have used him if other circumstances hadn’t dropped something else in my lap at the last minute. You’re entitled to your opinion, but he knows his stuff. There’s no obligation in talking to him either. Like I said, there’s plenty of good people here posting deals left and right too.

He has at least a couple of different priced packages available. Depending on what you are looking for he might be worth it if you are looking for something specific. At the end of the day nobody can work miracles for you, math is math. Those unicorn deals require a lot of things to go right. But if you are looking to not get hosed and are willing to spend the money to not go through the process and spend your own time (which equals money too), he seems like a straight shooter.

Benedetto is unable to help. I no longer have the time to research and negotiate with dealer s like I have in the past so that is why I’m looking for a broker.

I currently have an Infiniti QX60, Lincoln MKZ, and Honda Accord.
I want to get into a Maserati, BMW 5 series, Mercedes E-class or any C AMG, or Jaguar XF.
My Lincoln has 4 payments at 290 left. I want to sell the Accord that I just leased. KBB has it for 23.1K and buyout is $24,527.84 .
I would like between 24-36mo lease with 12-15k miles. Is it possible to get the Maserati or BMW for under $500/mo including taxes. Mercedes or Jaguar for around $350? I know the Maserati has a pull ahead program and I have $1000 lease incentive from BMW corporate special. The most I would put up front to cover any cost is $500 not including MSD’s. Is this something that’s possible from any broker?

Thanks!

I live in Southern California and a broker here is Authority Auto; however, work nationwide and do an amazing job

The short answer is “no” (not even local favorite E-class loaner) if you mean the same class cars. And I assume you are planning to trade in your Accord and roll 1.5k negative equity into new lease?

Sounds like you have plenty of money to waste, go hire GoSeeTed from the marketplace, for $700-900 I’m sure they can find you a great deal.

No wonder @Benedetto is unwilling to take you on. Seems like you have unrealistic targets.

I can do that. I just charge 5k to 10k for my services.

So you want a Maserati for under $500 mo all in w/ $500 down, $1,160 in pull ahead covered by the dealer on your Lincoln and at least $1,500 in negative equity from your Honda being rolled in?

I think step 1. for you will be to understand what you can actually afford relative to your budget. From there you can start to think through what brands are attainable in that range, and then from there you can hire a broker to work a deal on those brands for you. You have unrealistic expectations, start there and work backwards.

I would use the Infiniti for the pull ahead. Which would cover the 1160 for Lincoln and give me 500 left over. Lincoln is not one of the brands that is included in the pull ahead for Maserati. The extra 500 would go towards the negative equity of the Accord which I should be able to get more for than KBB. Basically the two cars would be a wash and I would try go get the best deal from their car.
