Hi all,
I leased a VW ID.4 back in Thanksgiving and still nothing in the mail for my lease payment information or account. Also, I have not received registration/license plate (all included in the lease price). I called VW finance twice (second time was today) and they have no records of anything. The MVD has no records of the VIN either when I check online. The dealership told me (on 12/31/23) that it was processing at the finance place (which is why i called VW finance today since i received nothing).
Is there a deadline or anything for these things or is it just a waiting game. I have a temporary plate still on the car too. This is in New Mexico. They can take the car back too, I don’t mind either (did zero due at signing).
I did message the dealership yesterday again, but that’s going to be the last time I’m wasting my time asking.
