$82k MSRP for a FWD or AWD sedan with less than 400hp is absolutely ridiculous. The residual sucks and retail resale values mirror this. There don’t seem to be any incentives. There are many better options.
EIGHTY. TWO. THOUSAND of America’s finest dollars? Really? I know they inflate the MSRP but that’s comical levels of delusion.
$800 a month can get you into something far nicer I’m sure.
No idea on the deals but I will say I sat in a loaded Continental at the LA Auto Show. It was a very nice car. 3 or 4 body trunk.

Ditch the idea of leasing one and buy a pre-owned with low miles. You can find a Black Label that is only 1-2 years old with less than 20K miles for as little as $35,000 on CarGuru’s and other places. I was looking at them last week.
Perhaps consider the Reserve. The Black Label is costly and mostly provides services you don’t get in the lower packages, but features are hardly any different.
