How does 8% pre-incentive discount compare to the other RX deals you researched here?
Not great. I had a quote for $53k Lexus RX premium with Nav for $599 per month but zero DAS and for 15k miles per year. So I suggest you can ask for zero DAS for same monthly payment. They can give you more discount on the sale price but wouldn’t tell you.

Where in NY are you with that tax rate?
I would roll taxes and fees into CAP with such low MF and push for at least 10% discount pre-incentive.
