Lexus IS 300 F lease

Hello - I’m getting the following numbers from a dealer in St. Louis for IS300F.

Here are the numbers that I got from the dealer:

Make Lexus IS300 F
MSRP $46,305.00
Sales Price $41,288.50
Dealer Incentives (Taxable) $3,000.00
Manufacturer Incentives $3,000.00
Down Payment $0.00
Acquisition Fees 700
Miles/Year 12,000
Residual 60%
Months 36
MF 0.011
Document Fee $199.00
License/Registration Fee $84.50
Taxes 8.75%

From what I am seeing on LeaseHackr calculator, the dealer quoted number is ~$165 more even after dealer incentive and manufacture incentive.

Dealer quote is $489.25/month on 12,000/36 months
Calculator on this website: $325.00/month on 12,000/36 months

Any guidance on what the MF should be? Am I missing anything?

Any suggestions on how to approach back to the dealer?

Sorry, for asking again but does anyone have any experience here to comment on this!

You’re right; the numbers don’t make sense. Perhaps the quoted selling price already includes the incentives, in which case they’re not giving you much of a discount.

Close to $500/month is very high for a Lexus IS. Are there other dealers in your area?

Thanks Michael for your inputs

Looks excellent!

Generally a monthly payment that’s 1% of the MSRP is considered a great deal (assuming standard drive-offs). This looks great.
