Lexus GX460 CPO Lease

I was looking to get a new 2020 GX460 but the leases are more than I want to spend. My car salesman said he wanted to talk to me about leasing a CPO GX460. This seemed interesting to me because I am worried about the gas mileage but I love the car.

Ive read on here that people hate leasing a CPO. Can you share why? Is it because the MF is higher?

Cpo leases tend to be more expensive than new leases and certainly more than demos
