Lexus GX and Yukon Denali

In Denver, CO. Looking for competitive RV and MF #s for a 2017 Lexus GX and a 2016/17 Yukon Denali for 3y 12k a year leases.

Thanks!

No subvented lease program for 2017 GX yet. Here are the numbers for 2016…

2016 GX 460
24/12K: 73% residual, .00140 MF
36/12K: 65% residual, .00140 MF
Targeted: $1,000 grad, military

2016 Yukon Denali 4WD
24/12K: 63% residual, .00202 MF
36/12K: 60% residual, .00152 MF
Targeted: $1,500 Competitive Lessee/Lease Loyalty + $500 Farm Bureau

Both numbers valid through 10/31/16.

Thanks for the quick reply. Any difference with the Yukon SLT?

What about Chevrolet Tahoe?

I was quoted today for a 2016 Lexus GX MSRP 68,703 with a Cap Cost of $65,703 RV 65% 36m/12k with $0 down at $847.90/month. Seems outrageous to me?

Yukon SLT and Denali have the same residuals, rates, and incentives.

2016 Yukon SLE 4WD is considerably better, if you’re okay with not having leather:

24/12K: 70% residual, .00202 MF
36/12K: 67% residual, .00152 MF
Targeted: $1,500 Competitive Lessee/Lease Loyalty + $500 Farm Bureau

Michael I really appreciate the help. Is the Chevrolet Tahoe any different compared to the Yukon #s?

2016 Tahoe

LS:
24/12K: 68% residual, .00202 MF
36/12K: 64% residual, .00152 MF

LT:
24/12K: 66% residual, .00202 MF
36/12K: 62% residual, .00152 MF

LTZ:
24/12K: 62% residual, .00202 MF
36/12K: 59% residual, .00152 MF

Targeted: $1,500 Competitive Lessee/Lease Loyalty + $500 Farm Bureau

So if the dealer is giving me a 57% RV and you’re saying it’s 60% are they pocketing the difference or???

Residual is set by the finance company and cannot be changed by the dealer. The finance company will reject the lease if that has been messed with.

It does vary by model, trim, length of lease, and miles in the lease.

They may also be using a bank other than GM Financial, which is the program I posted above.
