Where are you from? Had a 36/15 last year and it was below 400 inc tax granted msrp was 2000 less, but should be around 420-430 ish

It doesn’t even meet the 1% rule… It’s not hard to tell that this is an atrocious deal. You need to get the sales price lower. Look on ClubLexus to see what people are getting off MSRP on the ES
You can get an Audi A6 for much less.
Think you can get an A6 for under $350?
OP has ES350 at 489. A6 is at 399-420 + taxes. Sorry not at 350…

So the monthly payment without tax is about 1%…also they told me that all the document, license fee are included in my monthly payment, plus $0 down payment, which means my out of pocket would just be my 1st month payment, does that sounds better?
Not really. You are still getting a paltry discount off MSRP
we leased a es350 MSRP of 40k (base model), 15k a year miles for 3 years 0 MSD, did use the PGA coupon but 358 with only 1k down.
That is horrible.I had MSRP 44K, sale price 39K $389 12k/36 $1800 due at signing including $800 in refundable MSDs. But I also rolled in my old mercedes negative equity for $1950 so it’s actually $335/month if you take that out.
