I was offered this lease on the ct200h. just wanted your opinions. meets the 1% rule and seems good to me, but based on my past leasing adventures I’m not sure if I’m the most qualified to make a good lease decision!

MF is .00001
Residual 50%

You need the MF, so we can gauge the deal, but as of now it seems very high. Does the selling price include the rebates? If so run

Search forum as i think there was a dealer that posted a deal about this car.

Thanks for the quick replies.

The sales price does not include the rebate which is also being given.

For a leasing novice everything looks good to me, but the number is still higher than I think it should be. I’ve always thought you work the details (greater than 15% discount, plus rebate, low interest) and the number should “work”. This again seems high, but may not be.

The residual does appear to have dropped 10% in one year which adds to the costs certainly.

Im coming up with 347

what state are you in ? there might be additional offers in your area.
