One dealer quoted me
$2,645 down and $865 a month on a $69,000 2019 S5. I walked away
Residual 50%
MF. .00046
Plus the up-fronts. Did you check the residual and MF with Edmunds? Calculator link?
Did you run numbers on a 2020?
14.9% pre-incentive disc, $0 incentives
50% residual and 1.104% rent. Plug it all into calculator.
New and not a loaner? Audicare adds 1% to residual so consider that.
How does a 2020 pencil out?
$986 a month $2375 DAS.
No loaner. It has 133 miles on the dash
When I go to sites like swap a lease I try to compare mine to theirs. Of course I don’t know the specifics, but one person with the same car is paying $855 a month with 10K moles per year
I’m not getting your numbers. Lease sheet? What state?
Not really the best idea to compare your deals to swap a lease. They’re rarely good deals on there
The DAS is The dealer fee, 1st month, title/Registration. $0 down
Really. I start at the lowest to the highest and take the median. I suppose you’re right, because they probably want to get out of the deal because it’s bad. The S5 is a tough buy even for lease hackr brokers, that’s why they are few offeeed. Not as bad as porche
The dealer fee is $995. It’s crazy in NJ.
Are you sure? Edmunds is showing a marketing allowance for certain regions on this car. Did you actually post in the Edmunds Forum?
EDIT: Here’s the link to Edmunds: 2019 Audi S5 Lease Deals and Prices — Car Forums at Edmunds.com
If that’s the car you want and after doing your research that’s the best deal you are going to get, then you have to decide whether to pull the trigger or not.
I still think it is not a good deal for a 1-year old car.
Shouldn’t NJ doc fee be $599?
Their doc fee is whatever they want to charge you.
It’s 599 in NJ. Which means they marked it up.
100% of the doc fee is markup.
Good point- but u know what i mean
