No, they are MSRP in my market. Dealers got their first batch less than a week ago and they have been flying off the shelf.

IDK why people discuss discount in isolation.
Is it 5% with $75 doc and buyrate MF? Or 5% with $999 doc and maxed MF?

GMC Yukon lease is better. 2021 you can get supplier discount (5.2%) and conquest($2,000) right now at some dealers on a loaded SLT. Rates are also better than Chevy but still high because they are brand new. -this is speaking from my SoCal region- Your price range is way off though. The only vehicle close to that would be a regular size 2020 SLE as advertised on GMC website. You may be able to get under $600/mo after tax. Best of luck.

Sounds like OP does not know how a lease is structured based on the comment about the X7 and it’s MSRP in relation to it’s payment.

Any update on this? I am looking into a 21 Tahoe as well.
As posted before 2021 Yukon numbers are more favorable at this time. You’re only chance of making it not completely horrible is supplier pricing and loyalty/conquest.
