Leasehackr Meme Lounge (Part 1)

There are some customers where you can see the bad survey coming. That’s when I advise they go to auto lease companions, NYCLIFE or auto lease ninjas

The problem is that one bad survey can cost thousands of dollars from a salespersons paycheck for the month, all the giveaway deals are small commissions so its not worth risking it

But all these brokers are posting their garages filled with Lambos, Porsches, and G Wagens… aren’t you all ballin out 24/7?

BTW, I agree, even though you’re in a volume business, it doesn’t make economic sense to pursue all volume. As long as interest in new cars and new leases remains where it is today, there’s no reason to cater to all customers.

Yeah I understand that a bad survey is going to hurt. And there is a such thing as a slimey salesman who is deserving of a bad survey. It’s strangely coincidental that the ones who are crying about them are the same ones who give off the vibes that they invite the surveys they are afraid of.

you nor anyone on this site can name a single slimy thing done by me yet you still insinuate it.

The problem is that you can provide a perfect experience, but you get the 1 person who says “No one is perfect” and gives you all 9s. Or that everything was perfect but the snacks were an 8.

So only salesman can arbitrarily judge customers by the vibes they give off??? I am not accusing you of being slimy at all. But just like you can smell a bad survey from a mile away, I can smell a salesman who I would not enjoy working with.

Admittedly, these nuggets do have comedic value though

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with not wanting to do business with someone after meeting or speaking with them. I think it’s wrong to judge someone from a computer screen and publicly share that you would refuse to do business with them because you can “sense” a bad survey coming. Just don’t work with them, but what’s the need to insult them publicly on a forum when they’ve done absolutely nothing to you?

I don’t disagree with you. There are tactful and tasteful ways of firing customers without bashing them, especially in public. There have been times when I don’t gell with some customers. I just have to realize it and move o.n Just sharing my experience with surveys.

I always gave dealers I finally made deal with 10/10 on all surveys. Even if we had some major issues before signing the deal. Example: I speak with dealer and close the deal over the phone. I get to dealership and his GM tells me that the guy I spoke with, his shift is over and he went home, so other sales rep will handle everything. That other sales-rep tells me that the guy I spoke with meant my DAS would be what I have written on the paper plus $300. Car is detailed and waiting for me outside. temp tags are on the table. Finance guy waits for me to step in and sign papers. I get livid, say I will walk out of dealership immediately and won’t sign anything even if I have to burn $300 in my own pocket. GM intervenes, orders finance guy to fix papers/numbers. I sign the deal. Sales rep apologizes and says he had nothing to do with ordeal and hopes I won’t give him bad review. I tell him don’t worry, it’s all done now, I am happy. I go home and give him and entire dealership 10 star review. You fight when you have to fight. Once fight is over, as long as they delivered what you want you part on good terms, no bad vibes. World is small, no need to be bitter to the end.

And that’s why you are selling Porsche’s, my friend.

Why would I want to business with someone like you? You would go out of your way to trash me on the survey.

I am really good at sniffing out bad survey customers.

38 deals with no bad surveys >>>>>>> 45 deals with even 1 bad survey

You totally sound like someone who would give me a million reasons to trash you on your survey. And that’s coming from someone who has never given anyone a bad survey, in any industry.

Also, I am not in the market for a Volvo so we’re good.

I do not care what brand I sell, I would rather get lit on fire than sell a car to you.

edit for accuracy

I would rather live till 40 than sell a car to you.

Selling toyotas is not bad. Being a stereotypical toyota salesman… not so good lol

Pretty sure the typical Toyota salesman is 20. They don’t sell the cars…

I also love the 20yr old sales guys I work with bc most hustle, answer texts anytime etc. don’t need a degree to be in sales. Just need drive
