Haha… yeah. My wife does that. I’m like… there’s a whole bed. But actually it’s actually really convenient because all the actions take place in the same spot, works perfectly. Those poor minivan people and suv owners have to walk around to the back every time.

Fixed one for you, too lol

Loving all the comforting from “pros” OP is getting in that thread

You’re fine. You lease a Toyota Highlander. It’s relatively expensive, but it’s a Toyota.

It’s not that bad a lease. In normal times you’re ideally looking for a lease payment around 1 to 1.2% of MSRP pretax plus title, registration and doc fees and first payment as a drive off amount (which can be rolled into payments, but then need to add some to that preferred payment target).

I can’t speak on the lease agreement- without knowing original MSRP and a couple other details the contract doesn’t disclosure, there’s no way to identify if they actually screwed you over in the structure, or just in how they sold you.

It may not be as bad as some are saying here. 18000 miles a year is much higher than average for a lease and the rate can’t be cheap.

If it makes you feel better plenty of people make silly mistakes like this when buying cars. You’re not alone.

p.s. she previously had a 36 mo lease on a 2019 Mercedes Benz GLA at $648/mo and 2k down. She Looking to get a 2 seater convertible under 100k this go around, ideally with a monthly payment between $500-800.

LOL same payment for a GLA in 2018 and $100K convertible in this market
