I’m doing 10% off Sq7s. For a P+ with Executive, Driving Asst., and towing, it’s about 93k.It may be missing HUD because Audi decides that’s a prestige feature. But other than that, that’s the only feature you’ll miss IMO from a prestige other than soft close.
Blue on Black car. Even including my broker fee in a hypothetical, low 1000s ~1160/month + tax. No rebates needed. I know which one I’m choosing in that price range.

Plus DAS, plus your fee, plus probable shipping - and it is not $1K/mo anymore. But it is not MDX either 
Monthly Payment: $1,148 + tax
Drive-Off: $1,148 + tax, $500 broker fee and shipping if outside of 4 hr radius of DC (free truck delivery). No MSDs, can be added. 36/12k.
But it beats the hell out of a MDX, I cannot deny.

The real issue is that your deal does not include OP’s must haves such as service, wheel/tire/windshield protection, tow hitch, extra light in the back for braking, and wheel locks
