Leased with HFS is my only option to sell to a Honda Dealer?

I’m currently about a year into my CRV lease with 2-3k in equity. I want to sell the car but is my only option to sell it to a Honda dealer. I leased with Honda Financial and I am kinda baffled they have this much control.
