Within the past year I got a new vehicle. I have since had a lot of personal things go on and am potentially looking to transfer the lease to my Hummer.
Any information anyone has on this would be extremely helpful
Assuming its through GM Fianncial they will only allow a transfer within your state to another Indiana resident. Transferring out of your lease is highly dependant on the competitiveness of the monthly payment, condition, and miles available etc. Swapalease is the easiest option if its an average deal but sometimes you need to offer an incentive to subsidize a lower payment to get it to move. You can initiate a lease transfer w GM Financial which starts with a credit check of the new lease followed by a few week wait of handling some transfer paperwork and the buyer typically pays the transfer fee.
