When was this leased? I feel like this is way overpriced.

With the OP saying he effectively walked into the deal +$4500, I would think so.

@Jrouleau426 can tell us if this is “market”. Maybe it is, but I doubt it.

It’s definitely not the market. That’s for sure

Hybrids don’t lease great. Plus he has Texas taxes. Not terrible really…if he didn’t put 4500 down it would be a solid deal for Texas but he’s not asking for that back so…

I’d have to check setf rates with Texas tax to see what they are currently. Most of my Texas customers seem to buy

Last limited hybrid I did was 825/mo all in for NY tax tags fees. So this seems solid considering mine is almost 7k off msrp. That was also 10k miles and 68 msrp.

I am at $773 all in fees and taxes with just first payment down

You have tax credits in Texas currently though right? I don’t think they had them in 23

Yeah, but we don’t even know when that is going to be gone

People really lease a $60K Toyota for $1100 a month? I assume whoever lease for this price really need a truck.

Where do you see $1100? That would be a top of the line tundra. Plenty of people do however make $1100 tundra payments. Just not on leasehackr

The last picture show $1094 per month

Not sure where that comes from. Maybe a deal at msrp…nobody here would pay that or I’d be pocketing 6k a truck!

Lease date May 31, 2023

The last photo was the lease calculator from the Toyota website as a comparison.

I didn’t have a tax credit back in May

The pdf shows a break down of all port and dealer installed items that raised the original price.

Unless you, the OP, is paying cash to the next lessee this line needs to say $0.

Whatever CCR was applied at lease inception is not an incentive to the new lessee.

It’s a beautiful truck. No doubt.

I just turned my '20 Limited Tundra in, 4 months ago. Got it in July of '20, from Jim (jrouleau426). Those were the good old days when a $54K truck, leased for $435, inc FL 7% tax, with nothing down but inceptions.

Got a Ram 3500 DRW Limited Longhorn, from Texas recently.
