Any idea what TF uses to approve Credit? Going thru messy divorce, my experian score is climbing back up, and/or I have a co-signer with strong credit.

I doubt Tfs would approve a transfer under 700 Fico honestly. I’m just assuming but I couldn’t see why they would. Even a one pay they likely wouldn’t approve with lower credit. They’re still signing over a $40k asset for a $5000 one pay so there’s still a lot of risk for them.

Hey James…thank you for your patience with me. I’ve been in contact with you intermittently…Their are 2 significant errors on my experian report…it says my credit utilization is 317%! Experian said they would fix in a few days…and I am working with my bank to fix another error on the Experian report. Once remedied I should be well above 700.
