What is the difference between actual and effective payment? And what is incentive? Sorry I’m new at this.
Actual payment that you will need to pay to BMW every month is $679 plus tax. But I am offering an incentive. That means I give you cash when you take over the lease. And if you were to divide that cash by 18 and Subtract from 679 it would equal 599. So by giving you cash, it’s equivalent to a lower payment. The payment is fixed at the original payment by BMW financial services so it can only be “changed” by paying you up front cash.
