Lease return followed by leasing via a broker

I wanted to ask about a potential upcoming situation: I am coming to the tail end of my 36 month 2017 Mercedes Benz C300 lease and originally leased it in Orange County, CA. We moved to Austin, TX and have the car here in Austin. My wife and I will be moving back to the OC in 2 months. I plan on leasing another MB in Orange County immediately after returning the C300.

Anyway, if I return the car to MB and want to go through a broker for a new MB lease, will I be responsible for the lease return charges? I am not over on mileage and the car has no damage.

Thanks any any help!

If you don’t take too long to get into another MB lease, most captives will waive the turn in fees of the previous lease when remaining loyal. The salesman of the new MB or you will likely have to call and alert MB though since you didn’t do the transaction at the same time
