We recently leased a 2016 Honda Odessey LX in the Boston area. $1500 at signing which included all fees, inspection sticker and first month payment. The price was just under $25000 and included $500 (nearly $6000 off sticker) recent grad rebate. Our payment (36 month, 12k miles/year) including taxes is $242/month. Dealer claims that they are losing $1700 on it (of course they make up for it in other ways with Honda). Money factor is actually slightly higher with the recent grad rebate but it does still save about $300.
