# Lease deal offered on a RX350

**Here was the deal i was offered from Keyes:**  
3yr/12k year

MSRP 55,418  
Sale Price 48,200  
Rebate 1,750  
Money Factor = .00025  
Residual 55%  
Monthly payment = $507  
Down Payment = $0  
Total DAS (reg/fees/taxes) = 2290

All in payment including taxes, fees, reg etc. = $556

**Here is the deal i ended up taking from Glendale - _due to car having all the specs i wanted_**  
3yr/10k year

MSRP 57,535  
Sale Price 50,400  
Rebate 1,750  
Money Factor = .00025  
Residual 56%  
Monthly payment = $525  
Down Payment = $0  
Total DAS (reg/fees/taxes) = $1836

All in payment including taxes, fees, reg etc. = $561

If you are patient, there’s potentially more you can squeeze out but i was satisfied, and my wife is loving the car
