The deal is done. If I include shipping and broker fee I came out to the same. Dealer will lease other cars with same parameters dependent on the market. This is a high volume dealer and I have gotten a bunch of cars from them. Different location in town but same system and owners. He could see the cars I had before. Doubt I got this good of a deal on prior cars.
I wish I could find out dealer incentives.
You really shouldn’t be posting your signed deal on this thread which is why I suggested that you post everything in Signed including your calculator where we can analyze it and figure out how much you’re actually saving with the MSDs. You do need to provide more details starting with at least a confirmation that it’s the same i4 m60.

Yes. It is same car with the MF marked up. Final MF was .00065. So guessing about $1500 they made on it.
Got it down to 13% off MSRP, 10 MSDs, $5k DAS, $600/mo payment with tax. $26k over 3 years total.
