Lease 2019 Mazda CX-5, What questions do I need to ask? NJ

Never leased before, but needing to lease a vehicle very soon. I found this special posted on a local Mazda dealership’s site. Can you help with what questions I need to ask? I started out a few that I know of but feeling really like a fish out of water here. Preferably I’d like to be under $300/month for my payments.

Here is the offer posted, have not spoke to dealer yet:

Questions that come to mind:

  1. What is the sale price?
  2. Cap cost
  3. For the hackers- the $2580 down…is that negotiable? For the record I will be asking for all up front costs to be rolled into payments.

Why not just see this guy

Doesn’t include a DAS but he doesn’t mention loyalty either. Should be cheaper than your guy overall

What other cars are you considering?

Right now we’re were pretty set on this. Our CX-5 was totaled, loved the car and want to replace, but our car payment was a purchase at $360/month and looking to spend less, don’t have any money to put down.
