With LA city tax, this Acura ZDX lease is like $641 a month.
$499 + 9.75% = $546. What math are you doing? Even effectively it’s $615, on a $75k msrp. My pricing above on the A-spec is literally in the $200s with tax. What are we accomplishing with this remark?
$546 x 36= $19,656. $2600 drive off + $699 broker fee = $3299
Total lease cost = $22,955
Effective monthly payment = $22,955 / 36 months = $638
That’s my math. It’s called transparency. Your $546 number is missing a few variables.
My #s are VERY transparent if you read through my reviews on LH, google, and yelp. I said the POST tax payment was $546.
Once again, your math is wrong. $546 * 35 + $699 + $2600 = $622. I did not include my broker fee in the effective payment BUT regardless, still lower than what you said and once again, completely irrelevant to my post. If the pricing is out of your budget, go for the A Spec in the 200s. $201 + 9.75% = $221 x 23 + $2500 + 649 is a $342 effective payment on a $69k car.

So you included first month in the drive-off, you didn’t mention that. Your price was still off.
Also the A-Spec lease you mention is “literally” not in the $200s with tax. The effective monthly on that is well over $300 per month. You should learn what literally means.

also, drive offs on all my advertised deals always include first month’s payment, taxes, title, reg, doc fees etc.. that is what driveoffs typically are. Once again, do not understand what made you so upset that a car is advertised as a certain price. If it’s out of your budget, don’t inquire and pass on it. A. Category One: Bolt or Conquest (can only use one)
- Bolt: Signer of lease must own Bolt with current reg. If it was a lease turned in after Mar 2023, you still qualify. ($3000 for both Blazer and Equinox)
- Conquest: Any non-GM vehicle 2010+ will qualify. Must be under signer’s name. ($1500)
B. Category Two: Any lease in house.
- Lease in house under your name. Must provide last payment stub for the lease.
- If it’s someone in the house besides the person signing lease, must have same address on lease contract/bill, registration, & ID. Must provide last payment stub for the lease.
C. Category Three: Employment / Grad ($500-$800)
- Supplier: Check on GM if your company is one of the suppliers for GM. ($800)
- Healthcare, Recent Grad, First Responder, Student ($500)
