Hi Jim! you probably don’t remember me because you do this to multiple people because you have a thin skin, but I am taking you to court small claims court and collecting my punishment as you sit in your words for not having the patience enough for you to refund me my deposit even though you messed with me mentally throughout the day and said I wasn’t gonna get it back. I have all the proof. I’ll see you court. I have pictures of your refund policy your deposit refund policy. The only deposit refund policy you have is if I don’t need credit which we didn’t even run you have it in multiple text messages and along with your partner at Toyota Houston that I am not going to get this refund Deposit back because of my behavior because I made you upset and I hindered your relationship with the Toyota dealership in Houston. I was very firm in what I wanted. You withheld my money for almost 24 hours without any contact so when I made contact with the dealer, I was firm and I was upset and because of that you decided to punish me because I wasn’t caught "patient enough for over 24 hours with no coordination from you or the dealer. How dare somebody that can’t afford to lose a lot of money freak out over somebody online, literally mocking and threatening them that they probably won’t be refunding my full deposit back and then blocked my numbers and then you decided to give it partially back to me after 12 hours of mental hardship with the note screenshot it. I’m not giving you the full amount back “to teach you a lesson”
I am confident in writing this testimony because this is absolutely true to what happened I wonder if you would conduct yourself like that with a male that was around 60 to 50 years old? I doubt it. I also want to thank you too for me realizing you aren’t very special and I got the same deal at Freeman Toyota. So your comments of how I need to behave myself because this is a deal of a lifetime is absolutely absurd and invalid and abusive, and absolutely a breach of contract. I suffer from CPTSD and other mental conditions and the mental hardship you put me through during that time. Was terrible. Everything I keep saying is truthful and not emotional.
