Is this i4 Xdrive lease a good deal in WA?

,

I’m trying to lease a BMW i4 Xdrive 40, I got a quote with a dealer, the say this is the best the can offer. Should I sign it or should I move to a different dealer for a better price.

MSRP: 70,725
Discount: 7,500
Dealer offer price: 63,225

Tax: 1,567
Document Fee: 200
Rebates: 9,000
Balance: 56894

Down payment: 7,500
Monthly: 550
36 month, 10,000 miles per year.

I am thinking about 5k down, with less than 500 monthly payment with this MSRP. Is this realistic in Seattle, WA?

Thank you!

Is that $550/m before or after tax?

Get a quote with $0 down. It’s usually better to not pay a down payment since you lose that money if the car gets totaled.

It’s worth doing MSDs to reduce the price though. They get refunded at the end of the lease.

For reference, this is the deal I got in California (being delivered next week). It’s an eDrive40 though, not an xDrive40: Leasehackr Calculator - Hack your next lease | Leasehackr

There’s a few i4 offers in California in the prenegotiated deals section on this site. You can use those for comparison. There’s also brokers in this forum that are either based in Washington state or would be willing to ship a car from California.

I got a pretty good deal on a 2024 i4 (20% off of msrp before rebates), id say if you’re not picky find a 2024 i4 xdrive they’ll be able to discount it more. The dealer i got it from doesn’t have anymore but i believe you can do better than the deal you have right now.

550 is after tax

FYI, just signed 2025 i4 xdrive with premium package for 499/mo. 5 MSDs, 0 down at BMW Northwest. Worked with Justin, he seemed like a good guy and they hopped on the LeaseHackr calculator and worked through everything with me. 10.4 score.

this might be the best deal i’ve seen for a non loaner i4

Yeah, I’m gonna post it over in signed later today / tomorrow. And didn’t mention in above post, but non-loaner.
