@Oscarfootball28 here is what you do.
- Like others have said, separate the trade from the deal
- Sell your Veloster private party
- Do a bit more research on how lease structures work and what trucks/cars have the best components to make the numbers work for you
- If you are stuck on a ZR2, why not go with a 2025: https://www.chevrolet.com/shopping/inventory/vehicle/Silverado%201500/2025?apr=4.27&cash=26905%2C151843&creditScore=&customerType=gc&dealerBac=309275&downPayment=2500&emi=2000&evTaxCreditOptin=false&financeTerms=84&leaseFrequency=MONTHLY&leaseTerms=39&loyaltyModels=&loyaltyOptIn=&make=Chevrolet&membershipOffers=&paymentType=CASH&radius=515&sort=price%2CASC&stock=DealerStock&tradeInAllowanceOffer=&vinSlug=3GCUKHEL2SG400542&yearVariant=2026_CK10543_ZR2%2C2025_CK10543_ZR2%2C2024_CK10543_ZR2&yearlyMiles=12000&zipCode=75001
- As others said, national or dealer lease ads are there to get you to contact the deal. Many times, the number you see does not include everything and that is why there is usually an asterisk or very very tiny text that states does not include all the things.
- Take time to do some research and put some effort in, if you don’t want to, look at the marketplace or speak with a broker. This is considered your second largest purchase (even if leasing) and you should at least factor in how this can impact you.
- Good luck out there.
