Which dealers have you tried in NJ, so I don’t waste my time?
Don’t bother with Nutley, Jack Daniel’s, Tenafly… the closest one in price by far was Riverdale; still, they couldn’t (or didn’t want to) touch the out of state competition

Just got my EV9 Wind in South Jersey for $545/month 24/10k miles. There are a couple in PA that would play ball in that range too, and with some bonus $1500 rebates may get even lower.
I probably left $60-80/month on the table, but also reached the price I was happy.
