How would you all rate this deal on a 2021 Genesis Q70 3.3T AWD, standard trim? Im going for a 36 month lease with 10k miles

MSRP: $49,900
Residual value: $26,946
Monthly payment: $550
Rebate: $4000, from which they will take the first payment and the rest will be put down as down payment
Upfront sales tax: $69.85

Sales price? Mf from the dealer? Mf from Edmunds? Have you confirmed the incentives? Any add on fees? How does the pre-incentive sales price compare against other deals you’ve researched?

sales price: $47,500
MF from dealer is 0.00055
still waiting on response for the MF from edmunds but other posts in that forum are getting around the same MF
Incentives are good
All other taxes/fees on the lease paper shows 0 so there shouldn’t be any add ons.

Discount seems poor. There are definitely other fees than the $70 in sales tax.
