Is this a good deal? 2017 GTI

I received the following offer from my local VW dealer. This will be my first lease, so I was hoping to get some feedback from those more experienced.

Retail price: $27,835
Sales price: $26,835
Government fees: $16.50
Doc fees: $199.50
Acquisition fees: $625
Trade allowance: $4,000
Term: 36 months
Residual: 55%
MF: 0.0016

Payment: $314/mo
$0 due at signing

Trade allowance is $4k equity you have? If so, terrible deal.

Yes, my trade in is worth $4,000. I was thinking I was getting screwed somewhere based on that alone, but I’m trying to understand where. The MF and residual seem ok to me.

You are also getting screwed on the sales price.

Agreed. Internet prices on the exact same car at a dealership just a couple hours away are $4,000 less.

I still have yet to see a good GTI lease deal on this forum.

I got a deal for 267 that’s without 4K trade in equity not a good deal

@Isaac_Gomez Did you have to pay anything at signing?

I’m beginning to think VW doesn’t want to lease the GTI.

It’s not GTI, it’s VW/Audi - that’s how they roll.

950 drive off that’s first month payment included in that amount
