I have been offered the $850 (includes first month payment + tax) and $310+tax per month for 36 months lease of 10K for the car:

  • BMW 320i
  • Driver Assistance Package($950 Value)
  • Transmission: 8-Speed Automatic w/STEPTRONIC
  • Navigation System($1,950 Value)

Does this sound like a good deal for 320i?

MSRP is $37495. The Sale price with all discounts(some company discounts) is $31075. The Residual Value is 62% and the MF is 0.00130

That’s pretty much the deal I want except that I need Premium package as well. $6k discount is pretty good, that’s almost 20% off. Unfortunately can’t seem to find any loaded 320i on the lot as the dealers all want to push me into 330i.
