Sorry if this is a dumb question, I am trying to convince my wife for us to get the BMW IX lease and I keep on telling her that it’s a “great deal” as I have seen many hackers say on this forum. Is it because it’s 20k off MSRP or is the residual value inflated on paper (going down in 3 years???) what gives? How is a deal good enough in comparison to the MSRP?
