Interstate Lease Transfer Tax situation

Hello forum members

I am looking to take over a lease from CT to PA.
Has anyone done an interstate lease transfer to PA (From another state)?
I would like to know how tax would work.
Will I get taxed on top of post-tax monthly payment or pre-tax payment in CT?
I called PennDOT this morning and they had hard time comprehending the question.

Did you ask BMW? They’re usually relatively knowledgeable with lease transfer information

If they are both monthly states, the CT tax will drop off and the PA tax be added.
