I’d get them on the phone. Tell them a number for the payment you want that is below what you think you can get based on the discount you think you can get. Let them know you already have an offer. That is a little below the actual payment you think you can get and would take. Let them know you know your numbers. Sony tell them.about the refundable discounts. Let them cough up reasons of why they say they can and cannot so things. Get another dealer involved or another sales person of one blows you off or won’t budge. Sony mention the first one to the other. Go to their web site. Inquire. 6 people will reach out within 7 to 10.days.
I think you can ask for 20% off msrp.on well equipped.
