Interested in the lowest monthly I can get on 2017 E300 with real leather seats and Premium 3 Pkg

Hello,

Trying to get a good lease deal with a low monthly on 2017 MBZ E300 with the following parameters:
– I do not qualify for the fleet discount; my work hasn’t joined the program.
– In Solano County, CA. Sales Tax is 7.625%.
– The only upgrades I want to the car are: iridium metallic silver color, Macchiato Beige/Black leather (no MB Tex Vinyl), trim: Brown Ash wood, Premium Pkg 3.
– Willing to take European Delivery if that qualifies me for more discounts.
– Willing to do autopay and up to the maximum MSD.
– MSRP is $66,665 with all of these options.

How low can I go?

Start with 15 to 20% off msrp, plug the numbers in the calculator, compare with truecar values and go from there

Is there a way to add an extra dollar option and call it a $66,666 msrp car, lucifer edition?

I can’t find a dealer that will do 15-20% off MSRP. I’m getting laughed out of there. Anyone know of one? Please send me a contact. I don’t care which mb dealership I buy from because I’m going to Germany to pick up the car.

Yeah, I had an evil smirk when that number came out of the mbusa calculator.

What’s your zip code bud?

Hello, zip code is 94591

I’d say 471(incl tax) with all fees upfront. That is a 18% discount.

471 is fine, but who is offering that discount?

Personally I doubt you can get to 471 even with fleet discount. Anything under $600 would be a solid deal. I paid $585 for a P2 back in December with only first month payment due at signing. I would target something around there with it being pretty late in the model year.

I did true car then looked under great price. The discounts ive been seeing are about 18% then I plugged that into the calculator

There is really no “who” – it all depends on each dealer and their situation. Getting a great lease deal takes work (some easier than others) but outside of somebody magically knowing the exact situation of each dealer within driving distance from you, you have to reach out and do the hard work of finding a VIN, emailing them and then seeing if they will bite. If they need to move cars that month for some reason, they may give you a deal. The MB’s were leasing well last month but maybe on specific models. In demand, highly optioned models that move fast will be hard to get a discount on – basic supply and demand.

I guess I can chase rainbows, but it would be nice to get a repeatable deal from local Joe Salesperson. I see others on here that have gotten around $400–although they may be pipe dreams.

If you want the best deal, you may want to find one in-stock on a dealer lot rather than ordering a custom build. If you insist on getting a MB exactly as you want, expect to pay more.

they also have a common build, you don’t. There are many more low msrp e classes than higher. You need to find a dealer with many highly optioned e classes over lowly optioned e classes

If you are looking to customize your car and go to Germany to pick it up, then most of the deals that people on this site are making are not going to apply to you. To get a great deal you generally need to take a car off the dealers lot, not order one. With that said, finding a P3 car in iridium silver with black leather might not be overly difficult as long as you are willing to drive to get it (or have it delivered).

OP mentioned that he is looking for a “pre-made” deal (basically which dealer is giving the discount) and doesn’t want to chase rainbows which I know a lot of people in this forum put the work into

His best bet is to just pay a broker like @Benedetto ($200 that’s it) and be done with it. As you guys know, unless you can find an exact deal and you are flexible, none of the deals here will work.

Actually, I don’t mind doing some additional shopping if you truly believe that these deals are repeatable. I just don’t want to be the guy that walks into the dealership and asks for a free car because everyone said I could get one.

I agree with you, except I’m confused on one point: Mercedes advertises the European delivery option as a cost savings off the MSRP. They say that it’s a up to 7% discount by picking the car up in Stuttgart, Germany, so are you saying that in reality it negates finding a non-custom build on a lot?

I also get to take a tour of the factory, stay at a nice hotel, drive around Europe for awhile…

If you read the $99 BMW i3 thread, you can’t just walk in and say “I want a $99/mo lease on an i3”. Most of the deals here are replicable but I would guess 90% of the salespeople out there won’t know how to put a leasehackr deal together. Maybe 50% of the finance people may have seen one but they have other more “easier” (profitable) customers to sell to like the ones that walk in with the dealer ads. Those “ads” are the pre-made deals but that is not what we do here at this forum

The strategy here is to “build-your-own-deal” which are realistic and the dealer can follow if you go line-by-line like the standard discount, the rebates (which some of them will not know like Farm Bureau, AARP, etc.), RV, MF and MSDs. If you hang out here for at least 10 hours reading, you will know more about leasing than 90% of the salespeople at dealerships. You would think somebody in the profession would spend more time educating themselves but it’s not the case.

Most of the time, it is really how much discount they can realistically give. If a car is not moving that is taking up space on their lot, they may just make $500 and call it a day so they can get another car to sell.

Yup. There are plenty of posts on LH about how people just walked into a benz dealership and got a free car.
