I have two on order here in CO with different dealers both arriving in about two months. One dealer says they have prepared a purchase agreement pre-dating the new tax law so it should be tax credit eligible. Now if only I can replicate your dealer discount, that might make the iX a good value once stacked with the tax credit. I wish I had my order placed with your dealer before the new law was enacted so the tax credit could still be in play…

AFAIK no full-M car has been able to get lender tax credits other than on one-pay leases.
