Updated February 6, 2021. (This is not yet completed, please excuse.)

Going forward, we’re going to use this thread for cars located outside of Texas and the South, because it can be confusing, and LH only lets us have one region on a post/so many tags. This should simplify things for buyers in other regions.

Order Information (2021)

  • Credit apps must be submitted and approved in order to get a build slot. The dealership requires a non-refundable deposit of $1,000. This is not negotiable.

  • Self or assisted shipping arrangements options can be provided if you cannot pick up in person at the selling dealer. – You can also request a Performance Center Delivery!

  • If you desire a sign and drive ($0 DAS), the dealership deposit is refunded at signing/delivery. Otherwise, the deposit will be credited to drive-offs.

  • We will also collect our service fee ($498) upfront on inception of the order – If you must cancel after production has begun, this and all other deposits will be forfeited in their entirety.
Pricing Information (2021)

  • Take note: these are base model prices, option packages will result in higher cost. In most instances the discount does scale with the MSRP.
    That being said, It’s a custom order – Live a little!

  • Pricing assumes BMW Loyalty/Corporate Fleet incentive, and Elite or better credit (700+ FICO’s) with no derogatory/delinquency.

  • These are our most requested offerings. If there’s something you don’t see below, Don’t hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to assist you.

  • You must add your local Tax and Registration to the links provided. If you do not know these, we will make best effort to research this for you when you reach out.

I believe there’s an NJ only incentive at play there so highly doubtful it’ll be anywhere near that. We should know tomorrow on this.

I highly doubt that, honestly. NJ has no sales tax on electric cars, and I believe those prices factor in the $5,000 NJ rebate too. It’s going to be more like $370 with $0 at signing.

The NJ deal also has an extra incentive in there that I don’t know what it is, applies 7 MSDs, and is still over $200 for $0 at signing without MSDs.

Here are the numbers! Note that the NJ rebate can only be claimed from an NJ dealership, and this isn’t one.

There may be a little wiggle room, but it’s still a decent deal considering how low stock is.

6.5% off:

$310 + tax per month with $2,000 + registration at signing
With MSDs, it drops the monthly to $285.

Subtract $3,000 from incentives if you don’t have loyalty.

How long would a x3m40 build take? Would OL & PenFed be applied to orderes? (OL fine print says dealer stock if i’m not mistaken)

Possibly looking to finance. Late December delivery.

Hi there! It’s 60-70 days lead time right now, so you could always just go into a later production slot if necessary.

What I did find out is that OL would apply, but they’re apparently now dealer-locked to the dealership from which you get it. I’m not sure how that works with UDE events since you never used to select a particular dealership? PenFed can definitely be applied, though, and if you finance it, I believe there is an extra $2,000 incentive from them.

Speaking of build slots, we have a buyer who went MIA, and now we have an M340i build that is about to go into production, i.e. you’ll get it relatively quickly.
